Timeeffect is a PHP4 based multi user system for recording the exact time spent by the employees of an organization on their projects. It includes facilities to manage agents, customers and projects. This software also helps the administrators to manage the workings of the users; the efforts of the customers and further sub divide the users under the category of administrators and agents.

Timeefect is free software, which provides the agents with the ability to manage projects and efforts belonging to designate customers. It also helps the agents to generate accounting reports for customers and projects in HTML or PDF format. Timeeffect is currently available in two languages- German and English translations.
