Invoice Me is the open source online invoicing system written in Perl. The software is compatible with BSD and Linux operating systems and it works in web environment.

Invoice Me is the online invoicing system with the provision of authentic invoice e-mailing, late payment e-mail reminder, payment status indicator, print mode, figure-to-text amount converter. The customer can view their own invoices after entering in the system with their correct ID. The Admin and Customer interference are highly secured. Any addition, edit work or deletion of invoices are done through the Admin interface of Invoice Me. Customer with their 6-digit ID can view their own invoices.

Auto-Newsletter in Invoice Me, automatically sends out newsletters to the customers in immediate or delayed mode. On the other hand, Auto-Reminder sends e-mail reminders automatically, to overdue accounts. Auto Calculation in Invoice Me shows the total balance after tax and discount and outstanding balance of the customer.

The Hide Paid Invoice feature of Invoice Me software provides the administrator or customers to view only unpaid or partly paid invoices. Be it an administrator or a customer, the search results will be displayed in tabulated rows. Then a click on any listed item will allow the user to view the invoice.

Invoice Me provides hidden remarks facility, the administrator can only see the confidential remarks of the customers. Tax and Discount is the optional field in Invoice Me through which tax is added automatically or any discount is deducted automatically from the total sum.

Invoice Me supports the data file conversion. Any data file can be converted to/ from MS Excel or Access. The advantage of Invoice Me is that, it can hold more than 10,000 invoices without heavily increasing the search time. High level of data file security can be achieved if the user can place it in parallel with root directory.
