AccWizz is the open source accounting system for small business companies and accounting offices, released under the GNU General Public License and written in PHP 4x. With Apache and PhpGroupWare, user can run AccWizz as a web application. PostgreSQL or MySQL database manages the internal data in AccWizz.

The Admin feature of AccWizz provides setup, data backup and restore, standard remarks, multiple ledger and default values. The ‘Ledger’ feature of AccWizz provides the ledger accounts, journals, funds maintenance and reports. The ‘Accounts Payable’ feature provides vendor invoice with tax, tax and vendor maintenance, vendor invoice, invoice /PO matching. Further, with this feature AccWizz can convert SO to invoice, receipt and report.

Quotation, Sales and Purchase orders with tax, SO/quotation matching and conversion of quotation to SO, and customer maintenance are the operations that are done by AccWizz. The ‘POS for Manager’ in the AccWizz provides the facilities like cashbox transaction, quasi-cash balance and add-on charge/reduction. The human resource features and bank reconciliation are the features, which provide employee and department maintenance and reports, import ledger items, bank statement and suspense items.

AccWizz supports VAT and non-VAT countries with two versions of PO and SO to handle invoices that do or do not carry VAT. Transaction in AccWizz is provided with standard search, add, view copy and delete facilities. Bulk emailing of documents and Journal reversing facilities are there in AccWizz.
